It’s Fall Y’all!

My friends, it has been two long weeks since my last post! I have missed you guys!

The last couple of weeks have had a lot of change for me.

I started a 10AM-8PM shift so I am having a hard time figuring out how to fit everything in. I think I am getting it worked out though, I want to chat with you guys more often.

I have started classes to be a Certified Essential Oil Coach, which is so very exciting for me! I hope that you are thrilled about it, too. This will allow me to take my love of oils and back it with the science. I can’t wait to share with you everything that I have learned.

It is fall y’all! (I’m embrassing my new southern flare.)

This is absolutely my favorite season! I love hoodies, and warm tea, and crisp air, and falling leaves, and spicy oils.  Is there nothing better than feeling the warmth of cinnamon and clove filling your soul while the cool air swirls your hair around your ears? The smell of damp earth erases all the toxins from the air. Now that is what I live for. What about you?

To celebrate this wonderful turning of the season, I wanted to share with you a few of my favorite oily tips. 🙂

For a quick warm-up: Dillute with doTERRA Fractionated Coconut Oil and create a warming massage oil for achy, cold joints.

Honey, breathe. Timber the little brown dog

For the adventurous ones: Use doTERRA TerraShield to keep the pests away until it freezes. Safe for the whole family- the furry ones too!

Honey, breathe. Fall Tea

Make your own soul warming tea: 3 cups almond milk, Honey, Ginger essential oil, Cinnamon essential oil, Clove essential oil, & Vanilla Extract. Bring to a simmer and enjoy!

Honey, breathe. Sweet Campfire Diffuser Blend

What is your favorite thing about fall? I would love if you would comment below with what you do to make the season special.

I am feeling a bit nostalgic today so I thought, just for fun, I would share a little more about that gorgeous mascot- Timber a.k.a “Little Brown Dog”. She is so sweet and a wonderful sport when I want to photograph her. Now I manage to catch her looking regal from time to time, but it is much more likely to catch her in a sprint, or with her tongue out. Some times we call her  “Little Blurry Dog” because she flies by in a flash. She might rebel if she knew I was about to post these to the big wide web, but here are a couple of my favorite not-so-regal shots from today.

This shot is to redeem her. This is an oldie-but-a-goodie I took of her last fall. ♥

As always, thanks for dropping by today!
